The man's wife, Kimberly, 28, also face charges: prostitution, obstruction of justice and disorderly conduct. She is currently being held in bail of $ 50,000.
According to the report, contact with two local police officers and asked that the man be removed from their place of residence. When police arrived about 11 hours, Milliman had a gunshot wound and was taken to the nearby Woodstock Entegra Memorial Hospital, where he died from his injury.
