The one-hour dramatic comedy tells the story of an aspiring model who died deep in a sudden accident only to find his soul again resurfaced in the body of a brilliant lawyer, the largest, and recently died, Jane (played Brooke Elliott).
The opening of season 3 is full of celebrities. Artist Paula Abdul reprises his role as the voice of Jane of reason. LeAnn Rimes guest stars as the estranged soon to be ex-wife at a celebrity party is being tried by a blow to the leak, if Jane takes. The first episode will feature the special guest of talk show host Wendy Williams, Mario Lopez and has a musical dream sequence with the cast of "Drop Dead Diva," choreographed by "So you think you can dance?" Choreographer Keith "Tyce" Diorio.
